"The Dead Zone", "Carrie", "Misery" er alle rigtig fine film, men "The Shining" er for mig bare i en helt anden vægtklasse. Den er så at sige så meget mere end blot summen af sit materiale.

Jeg har vist set de fleste King filmatiseringer (Cujo en undtagelse og tør ikke påstå der ikke kan være andre). Men det er nemt at vælge. Ondskabens Hotel er i en anden og højere liga. Den spiller jo i filmenes CL.
